Crux Fermentation Project is housed in a former AAMCO Transmission Plant and inspired by their location right in the heart of Bend, Oregon. Their brewery is a one-of-a-kind, built for non-traditional brewing methods like decoction mashing, open fermentation and barrel aging, and for leveraging the limitless possibilities that wild yeast strains and experimental hops present.

*Industrial Way is closed so please use Aune Street to get to Crux – just ignore the “No Outlet” and “Dead End” signs.

Due to their unique location, access is limited, as is the parking – especially at peak times. So if you don’t get “rock star” parking in one of their lots or nearby on the street, head towards Market of Choice, park on Colorado Ave, and walk along the pathway to their tasting room.

You could also take an Uber or Lyft and get dropped off right at the tasting room.
